Working with Colin over the past year has been seamless and informative. He was able to give us a great understanding of where we stood in terms of affordability, and advising which products and process would best suit our needs. He was always available for a quick phone call when I didn't think I could effectively express myself over email, and once we did land on a house we wanted, he wasted no time in getting everything together as quickly as possible (we were able to clear conditions a day early!).

Colin was fantastic. He worked really hard to get us the best possible rate and then stayed on top of all the details like setting up insurance (which got more complicated than we would have expected) right through closing. Great communication and knowledge of the different options. Would for sure use him again and would have no hesitation recommending him to others.

Colin was excellent as our mortgage counselor; he provided professional service and was always available. When challenges arose, Colin was able to provide advise and find a mortgage, allowing us to buy our new house. I will absolutely contact Colin again in the future and suggest him to friends and family who are seeking for the perfect property.
