Jeffrey and Erin looked after the closing on our recreational rural property and we could not be any more pleased with their services. Our timeline was tight, but they we uncompromisingly thorough and meticulous when it came to title and lien searches which included the relevant conservation authority in the area. They accommodated our busy work schedule in the GTA and went over all details remotely. What sets Jeff and his team apart from other firms was the initial contact where he sent a very detailed email with his base fees and other disbursements and expenses to be expected, then reached out to me with a call to field any questions that I had. Other law firms just sent an email response with their base fees and never followed up. We would recommend his services regardless of whether you are purchasing a rural or urban property.

What a refreshing change to work with a lawyer who is exceptionally competent, efficient and actually cares about his clients. I have had dealings with numerous lawyers in the Quinte area over the years and usually come away feeling frustrated and that "lawyers are all about the money." Jeffrey Murray is not like them. He actually cares about his clients. He was referred to us by two credible associates who commented on how well they were treated by him in their legal transactions. I will rely on him in all our future legal requirements and have no hesitation in recommending him if you require any legal assistance in his areas of expertise.
