Rico called during our scheduled time and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and offered me some excellent insight into my mortgage. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He literally made no money from my consultation but was professional all the way through, and even offered to counsel me with any other advice should anything come up. I highly recommend Rico if you are looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, professional and uses zero high pressure sales tactics.

I would highly recommend Rico and his team at HQ mortgages. As a first time home buyer I was anxious and had lots of questions, as to be expected. They were able to answer all them and ease the anxiety while always making you feel prioritized. Thank you Rico and team for the great experience. As my mortgage renewal was coming close to renewal I started hearing from a number of personal finance experts in the media that the best strategy was to use a mortgage broker. I investigated a few and came across Rico and his team. The reviews on Google seemed good so I went ahead and gave them a call. The results were great. My previous mortgage lender was offering a ridiculous rate after 24 years of being loyal. Rico found us a rate that was about 2.5-3% cheaper. I really appreciate how courteous and helpful they were. Andie is an excellent broker. She is incredibly informative, answers all my questions, and allays all of my concerns. She presents information in a way the banks just don't, and after one conversation with her, I had absolutely no doubt about going with a broker rather than a large bank for my mortgage. She gave personalized advice and made the process of purchasing my home smooth and easy. She took care of any hiccups, so I didn't have a worry in the world, and even followed up with me on move-in day, to see how it all went. She continues, two years later, to closely monitor interest rates and look out for my best interests at all times, because she takes the time to know her clients' situations and needs. She's simply the best!
