We've been with Repin (formerly - Greater Sudbury Property Management) for the last 5-years and they've been a fantastic property manager for us. We're located far away from our property, so it was great to have the peace of mind the Repin offered by striking the right balance between handling minor issues themselves and looping me in only when owner discretion was required. Highly recommended.

They were really helpful, they made sure the landlord got us everything we asked for example- a dehumidifier. Would highly recommend.

I've been renting for almost a year and a half now and I can say that Sherry Jordan and her team are amazing at managing the property. All issues are always resolved quickly and efficiently. There has never been a case where I was not answered or refused. I can confidently recommend Sherry and her agency to all my friends. Thank you for your professional service.

Coming up to a year with having this great team as my property management. Prior knowledge of Sherry and her team, have always been positive, which was why I didn’t have an issue with choosing a unit with them. There was a small organizational issue in the beginning, which has since been rectified. I’d also like to thank Emily for being flexible as well, and dealing with all my questions haha! As I always say; if you don’t ask, you won’t know, and there’s no harm in simply asking. Thanks for always dealing with my requests in an appropriate time.

To be transparent, I used to work with Luxor at a building I managed. My (former) tenants and I were extremely happy with the Luxor team! Luxor has always been kind and courteous, and very responsive. If I couldn't get to a tenant's complaint very quick, the property manager called me several times. The property manager has always been professional and listened to my concerns, and the concerns of my tenants. I would work for Luxor again, and I would definitely rent from Luxor!

Luxor and their team are extremely professional. They are highly committed and have their clients in mind when helping manage their portfolios. They help alleviate the day to day hassles of property management and bid out projects for better deals for the owner. I highly recommend them.
