My mum got admitted to Abbotsford hospital and she kept getting worse and other neurologist said she had a stroke. Dr Iqbal came and did detailed exam and urgent mri scan and lumbar puncture and turned out she had encephalitis and she improved within a day. When I met him in the ward it was a big surprise! He was the same man who pushed my car out of the snow when I got stuck in a snow storm on my way home last winter. No one helped me , not even my boyfriend sitting at home . Dr Iqbal almost fell helping me and his clothes all got wet. Dr Iqbal is not just a genius physician but also an angel to us and my family.

The only doctor who actually listened to me after 10 years of doctors and specialists telling me I’m crazy… thank you for taking your time. His MOA Shalene very personable goes above and beyond I went for 5 tests, could barely keep track of them she had them all ready for me. I needed IV Steroids urgently and Dr. Iqbal was away.. she got it done. Thank you doctor and staff you have no idea how much it has meant to me.

Dr. Farzad Tanha is a wonderful specialist who cares about your medical issues by listening tentatively. Dr. Tanha is very pleasant, extremely friendly and makes you feel comfortable about sharing your medical issues with him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tanha's hours are part time in the office as he is primarily at the hospital seeing patients for EMG testing. Our current MOA has only been at his office for the past two years, so any previous comments are not fully true from this source.

Great knowledgeable friendly doctor. Quick to refer if necessary and do additional test requires. Patiently looks up previous health info in the system, like MRI's and listens effectively to your concerns.

She took excellent care of my mother, providing knowledgeable evaluations and clear explanations of her condition and the treatment options. Dr. Ngan is a super star in my opinion. She has been treating my brother for a neurological condition that does not appear to be treatable, yet she has explored every possible avenue in seeking solutions. She is always kind, thorough and patient, even though his condition makes him somewhat difficult. I cannot recommend her too highly!

Thorough, personable, insightful, and knows how to asks the right questions to get to the bottom of the issues at hand.

Dr. Ngan Is a patient, thoughtful and very knowledgeable neurologist. She has been treating me for blepharospasm/meige for 18 months now with what feels like great success. No known cure, but she's taken me from feeling blind 80% of the time to being able to read, watch tv, drive car, and walk outdoors alone. I could do none of those 18 months ago. She treats me with the minimum dosage possible, but makes sure I'm getting relief. She is an excellent listener.. an expert in her field I would say. - AW Reply
