We've been seeing Dr. Sahdra and Dr. Ip since my kids were 3 and 5, and we’ve always had a great experience. They’re professional, friendly, and really take the time to explain everything clearly. They're also amazing with kids—patient, gentle, and make them feel totally at ease. The service is consistently excellent and very informative. Highly recommend them if you're looking for eye doctors who truly care!

While having an eye issue, the front desk was so helpful to get me in quickly. Everyone was friendly and the doctor was very thorough. Very much appreciated their quick reply and care received!

I continue to be very pleased with complete eye care. I recently came in to inquire about a warranty issue. It was resolved very helpfully! Suhk was friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Guys, this is the best place ever. go here. the team is the best. Sarah, Paige, Melissa, and, of course, Dr. Sian, are some of the most warm, inviting, professional, personable people you'll ever meet. they accommodated my personal needs and requests with a high level of care, attention, and competence. i cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that make it what it is. thank you, High Street Eyecare! me and my eyes have never been happier.

I went to Dr. Sian for a routine eye exam and he was very informative. He explained the best options for lenses/contacts that were specific to my lifestyle. He also recommended a few things for me to keep my eyes healthy long-term. Overall he’s very knowledgeable and one of the better optometrists I’ve seen over the many years of getting my vision checked. I would absolutely recommend seeing him!

Excellent service, from the moment I walked in. Was clearly told what was happening, and my appointment was easy to get through. As well, I really like the doctors and staff, they are kind and courteous. Super knowledgeable and they gave me great feedback about my eyes and what’s happening as I am ageing. I’ll be a regular client.

I recently took my mom to Dr. Sandhu and had a great experience. Dr. Sandhu checked my mom carefully and removed a small piece of rock from her eye. My mom feels so much better and is very thankful for the receptionist's prompt response in booking the urgent appointment the same day. Highly recommend!

I had a really good experience with them! From my experience, Dr. Sandhu and the staff were really friendly. Dr.Sandhu was an amazing doctor who was very patient and explained the stuff they were going to put in my lenses really well. I would come again!

Awesome optometrist! Caring, knowledgeable, and easy to get an appointment! Great staff too! Was recommended to go here after a minor skin infection near the eye. I was so impressed we switched optometrists permanently to Eyemax.
