Super médecin. Il m’a sauvé la vie car il a su prendre le temps pour bien évaluer la complexité de mon état. Le docteur que j’avais vu précédemment m’envoyais à la maison sans diagnostique accrue. Dr Gagnon a vu le défi dans mon cas et nous l’avons surmonté. Merci

J'ai déjà eu ce docteur à l'urgence il y a quelques années. Et je vous assure qu'il est un des rares docteur à chercher et creuser pour trouver ce qui ne va pas. Je suis un cas compliqué et le médecin que j'ai présentement ne comprend rien à mon cas très compliqué. Et lui, il m'a fait hospitaliser parce que mes prises de sang étaient un vrai casse-tête. Et il a trouvé! J'aimerais bien l'avoir comme médecin de famille.

I haven't had this much fun with a new doctor ever! We hit it off from the first minute and just continued on from there. He reassured me early on that I do not have Parkinson's and then continued to diagnose Essential Tremor using various simple techniques. His manner is very friendly and engaging; he has a great sense of humour; and, I never felt talked down to on any level. For the entire 45-minute consultation, he focused on me as a person as we discussed options for treatment (and no treatment). He deferred a decision on medication to my family doctor in light of my other meds and health issues. A truly professional approach in every way plus very friendly and thoughtful. I couldn't ask for better!

Extremely knowledgeable and passionate of his specialty. I am glad he cuts me off when my answers become a tirade of superfluous information. As a true professional, and even more as a specialist , Dr. Tahar keeps his focus on your current or potential neurological issue without straying. Indeed, with a gazillion medical knowledge flowing in his brain, he will, in a record time, point out and explain your diagnosis and provide a course of action. He is among the top few best Neurologists.

So thankful to have him as a neurologist , after years of a debilitating migraine condition , Dr.Tahar worked with me to heal and now I’m better and it’s a new way of living . I owe the new painless life to him , so thankful.
