I was hospitalized in Gatineau hospital after 5 weeks of legs being numb/lost of sensation due to sciatic nerve being bend by herniated disc. Gatineau sent me back home with pills. Three days after I was seen by the amazing Dr. Brien in Gatineau/Hull Hospital. I was seen due to vigilance of nurses seeing my scan results. Dr. Brien took charge right away and perform urgent surgery in my back a few hours after. The time she took to explain what my condition was, what the surgery would look like was just amazing. I am speechless of how wonderful, attentive, knowledgeable and professional Dr. Brien is. I am grateful for her intervention and follow-up's to ensure all is being addressed. I definitely owe her lots. Everything was just perfect. Excellent excellent!!

Excellent Doctor. Ma mère avait un kyste sur la moelle épinière qui l'avait paralysé et Dr Brien la enlevé avec succès. Elle a agit en grande rapidité avec son équipe. Très professionnel et ne donne pas de faux espoir. On nous a dit qu'il y a des chances qu'elle ne retrouvera plus sa mobilité. Grâce à elle ma mère est toujours en vie et marche! Dr Brien performed back surgery to relieve the spinal stenosis condition that I had. I was amazed at the results. It's been 2 years that I had surgery performed and I am still pain free and able to walk normally. She is a miracle worker.

Grateful for Exceptional Care I recently underwent lumbar(4&5) surgery at Hull Hospital in November, under the expert care of Dr. Karam and his exceptional medical team. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Karam's expertise and skill are truly remarkable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answering all my questions and alleviating any concerns I had. His calm and compassionate approach made a significant difference in my journey towards recovery. I feel %70-80 deferent of( pain, walking and normal life) The dedication and care provided by Dr. Karam's team were nothing short of outstanding. Every nurse, technician, and support staff member played an integral role in making my hospital stay as comfortable as possible. Très satisfaite ! À chaque rencontre Dr Poon a pris le temps d’écouter, de m’expliquer et a pris en compte ma situation. She was very supportive when it came to my surgery and has excellent bedside manner. Thank you for giving me back my freedom after a long almost two years of pain !

Dr. Poon performed surgery on me to remove a tumour and all I can say is that she made a very scary situation tolerable due to her ability to explain and communicate her treatment and gave me confidence in her skills to perform a successful surgery. All of this was proven by the best possible result that I could ever have expected. I thank her every day.

She performed emergency surgery for compressed disc. She was caring, present, knowledgeable and deeply respectful.
