“Dr. Abdel Kaleel attended Saba University School of Medicine, graduating with honours. He is the director of the HeadworX clinic, a trusted authority in the neurosciences, and completed his Stroke/Vascular Neurology training at Yale University School of Medicine in the USA. Dr. Abdel Kaleel has expertise and subspecialty qualifications in more than three neurological subspecialties. He actively maintains board certification in Stroke/Vascular Neurology, Neuroimaging, Neuropsychiatry/Behavioural Neurology, Brain Injury Medicine, Headache Medicine (dual certification), Pain Medicine, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and Hyperbaric Medicine (MSc) , as well as EEG training from the University of South Florida. Dr. Abdel also participates in teaching and supervising the next generation of physicians as an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Medicine at McMaster University’s Waterloo Campus.

2025 Update: He has been selected as one of Ontario’s five Provincial Neurology Group E-consultants within the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Dr. Abdel Kaleel is addressing a critical gap in general neurology care in underserved areas. He is also a Sports Neurologist of the Kitchener Rangers and Panthers. He is a member of the American Headache Society, International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology, International Neuropsychiatric Association, American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association and American Academy of Pain Medicine.”
