DR. BRUNO DIGRAVIO - GRAND RIVER HOSPITAL REVIEWS

Our daughter was referred to Dr. Digravio by our family doctor after we had a psycho-educational assessment done. My daughter has ADHD, as well as a mental health diagnosis. Dr. Digravio, despite already having a 42 page report on my child from the psychotherapist, took time to ask us thoughtful questions and really understand my daughter and her diagnosis. He examined her, answered all our questions, all the while providing a lot of health teaching. We learned a lot from him. His advice was sound, and in my view, his approach to medication was very carefully considered. He explained his reasoning in a very accessible way, and thoughtfully answered our questions and concerns. He was honest about risks. I left feeling confident about the course of treatment, and with full trust that my child is in good hands.

Dr Digravio saw my 12 yr old grandson for an eating disorder. We were so impressed! He spend an hour talking to our guy and explaining what ED does to his body, in language we all understood. He did his assessment smoothly with our guy and his mom. As a nurse of 30+ years, this first interaction with Dr Digravio was above our expectations. Thank you.

His staff is amazing and he is very knowledgeable. Two of my children been seen by him over the last 3 years. He is friendly and reassuring, while thorough. We have felt confident in his care of them.

We have seen Dr Sichilima for both of our children. She is very calm, informed, and kind. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She took good care of both of our daughters.

DR. DAVID CRESSWELL REVIEWS

Dr. Cresswell saw my daughter for GI issues. He was just wonderful. I did not feel judged or overreactive regarding my daughter's condition. He spent an hour with us providing us with information on her condition, easing our anxieties and providing us with helpful tips on management. He was patient with us as my husband was attending the meeting over the phone, while busy at work. Dr. Cresswell did not try to prescribe meds and throughly explained why. I'm thankful for him for that now as I was wanting and expecting it prescription. He is kind in his demeanor and gentle with my daughter. His bedside manners are extraordinary. He gave me the option to come back for a follow up. I immediately took him up on it. I simply can't say enough about him. He's great. His receptionist was kind and patient. She was apologetic on the phone when my calls were not returned as the office was closed for the week. The only feedback is to please have the answering message state that the office is closed, when away. Otherwise, I have nothing but good things to say about the office management.

He called me at home after / before his shift at the hospital several times to check on my son. Over the phone he told us when we should go to the ER OR when we should stay home and ride it out a few more hours (he called afterwards as well). Great follow up care at his office. I moved from a large city with a pediatric hospital, the care we got from Dr Cresswell was superior... If he thinks you don't understand him, rather than being condescending, he explains to the kids.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuine. Our experience with Dr. Cresswell has been excellent.
