Optic House is my go-to place for glasses and contacts! They have a wide selection of men's and women's glasses and sunglasses. The turnaround time is also very fast! The staff are always super nice and honest. Their prices are also very competitive! I love my new glasses.

I was blind but now I see! Great customer service, and lots of selection. I have a big head and it is hard to find suitable frames to accommodate, but the staff was very helpful finding what was best for me. They also customized a tint on my lenses and they turned out perfect. Thank you! Kelly likes hugs.

I had a great experience at Specsavers! From the moment I walked in, the entire process was smooth and professional. They did a complete and thorough eye check-up, and the service was excellent throughout. One staff member named Bills stood out—he was truly amazing at handling customers with care and patience. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and comfortable. I’m really happy with the service

I had a wonderful experience, it was my first time getting glasses and an employee approached me right when i stepped foot into their store guiding me through the different selections of frames plus sales that were ongoing. Once i chose my frames i was directed to the desk and a kind man explained budget and deals to me thoroughly without persuading me on spending more but, encouraged my needs without a doubt. I am still awaiting to receive my glasses but my experience with the customer service was excellent.

Specsavers at Lynden Park Mall staff were welcoming and helpful. The price was great and I got glasses and sunglasses for less than I have ever paid before!! Would definitely recommend

My glasses broke a day or so ago and I needed a new pair ASAP. I was told to check out Brantford Optical, as they have lenses on site. I went and I was able to find a good pair. Got home, and had an issue, so I went back and they were able to help me figure out the problem. Love them :) Customer service is superb and they are very personable! My go to place for glasses now. Big thanks to your team.

Great experience. Great customer service! Friendly and very helpful! Probably the Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Found me a suitable frame for my broken sunglasses, swapped out the frames, cut down the lenses to fit the new frames and done. FAST! and Great affordable price. First time getting my glasses here. Very friendly and friendly efficient. Very busy when there but someone always checked in with me while looking at glasses. Once they seen I was done looking someone was there quickly to assist. Honest about what glasses looked good and which ones didn’t. Quick turn around for glasses to be completed and pick up was smooth and glasses have been great with no concerns. I parked with 3 different staff and all were amazing!!! Thanks so much for all your help!!! Will definitely come back when I need new glasses.
