BLUE RIDGE WALK-IN CLINIC REVIEWS

Staff, doctors, and pharmacists were all incredibly kind and efficient. It felt thorough but things moved quickly. From check in to walking out with my filled prescription it was under 2 hours. And that was with at least 5 people ahead of me. It was very clean and open. Would recommend to anyone with health anxiety too. Doctor is very friendly and understanding.

This is the best clinic I've visited. Wait times are reasonable, the receptionist is attentive and friendly, and the pharmacist is knowledgeable. Dr. Mikhaiel is awesome! He listens to your concerns and isn't dismissive, always follows up with test results, and is happy to proactively refer you to specialists if he has any concerns. Highly recommended.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost a year the staff to be informative, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great community pharmacy. Great place if you are looking for friendly and pharmacist friendly and helpful.

Despite reason for visit, I felt very cared for. De. Rebecca Leitch has the nicest disposition, empathetic tone, kind, and she listened to understand the reason for my visit--alleviating the dreaded feeling of being just a number because the clinic is busy. She's appreciated...

The receptionists are very nice & helpful. I waited 2hrs to be seen & considering there was 30+ patients (& counting), I appreciate how quick the wait was. I was seen by Dr Bann Mahmood, she is definitely an efficient & caring doctor!

Staff was really nice, I was in and out within an hour. Doctors was super nice and helpful. Place is very clean, pharmacy on site. Very happy with my visit!

BRANTFORD WEST MEDICAL CENTRE REVIEWS

Came here today, all the way from London, ON. I saw Dr. Hussein who promptly identified I was on the wrong antibiotics for my sinus infection, and got me the right meds! Wait time was under 30 min, and the staff is friendly and nice! All other clinics refuse to take walk-in patients even 2 hrs before close! Other clinics said they would take patients before 1pm, and when I got there 20 min before 1 they refused to take me. Not this clinic! This is a wonderful doctor who believes in prompt and effective medical care. I would happily drive from London to Brantford for this doctor and his clinic! 5 stars is not enough ! Bravo! Very good job you guys.

I havent much experience with this clinic because I dont usually go to them but my personal experience was great. The two women at the reception were beyond friendly and inviting and kind. The doctor was quick, thorough and from what i observed very knowledgable. I was so glad I didnt go to the ER and went there instead. I was very haooy and satisfied and would like to thank them for doing such a wonderful job.

I can't comprehend how the receptionists and staff at this clinic are able to be so nice, accomodating and personable in an environment like a walk in clinic. For being in a field that is typically high stress, this is by far the nicest group of people I have ever encounterred at a medical practise.
