MODO YOGA BRANT REVIEWS
I love this studio! I am a member and enjoy 3-4 hot yoga classes per week. Although the classes are awesome, what I really enjoy is the welcoming atmosphere. When I'm practicing yoga, I prefer to just be silent and keep to my self, while others love the social component. This yoga studio is where you can just be you. The variety of classes is excellent, and I appreciate how they offer all-levels classes in the evening instead of many other yoga studios, that offer higher skill level classes half of the evenings, which excludes me. I look forward to every class.
I love coming here! The facility is clean, the environment is positive, and everyone is so welcoming. You start to feel like you're part of a community, which really is a testament to all the wonderful people who work there! Also, the classes are fantastic. The instructors are so approachable and always offer help or pointers and are there after class if you have any questions! Keep up the awesome work!
I love this studio and the instructors who teach there! Been a member for over a year now and don’t regret it one bit. Welcoming atmosphere, the nicest people and a variety of classes for different skill levels and just whatever you’re feeling that day. The change room and showers are all kept extremely clean and lockers are there if you need em. Highly recommended! : )

SACRED LOTUS YOGA STUDIO REVIEWS
I have done Hatha, prenatal and mom and baby yoga at Sacred Lotus. Love them all. The instruction is really thorough and geared towards your ability. I feel better physically and mentally after each class. The teachers really care and want to help develop your practice. They're very knowledgeable and have great attention to detail. Beautiful studio too. You leave feeling fit and fresh. I always go back for more.
The amazing loft space and natural lighting from the beautiful window make for a wonderful place to practice. I loved Christina's Iyengar style of yoga with the emphasis on proper alignment and posture in the poses. I had a really unique and fulfilling experience here, and I think everyone should try it out.
I just returned to Courtney's Ashtanga class last night. It's a challenging class, but I love the way I feel afterwards. Thank you for a great class Courtney.
