My family and I have been coming to Howard for 18 years. Not only is he personable and funny, but his expertise and dedication to his customers is second to none! Because of my severe astigmatism and chronic migraines, I do require a little more than your typical corrective lenses. Howard took the time to talk about my issues to figure out what I specifically needed, and has made the process of obtaining everything extremely easy. Wonderful customer service, wonderful person, and wonderful staff! I’ll never go anywhere else. Thank you.

Last weekend, before I was supposed to go away, I stepped on my my sunglasses . Went over to Orangeville Opticians and they managed to put my glasses back together using spare parts they had on site. Try getting that customer service by the big stores. Thanks so much.

Came in last night after my daughter broke her daddy’s glasses. They were unable to fix the frames but searched to find frames to pop the lenses into. Wonderful service! We will be returning in the future for sure.

Great service and top-quality lenses. The staff was knowledgeable and guided me well throughout the process. If you're new to lenses, take advantage of their expertise—they’re thorough, patient, and happy to explain everything. Highly recommend this place for both quality and care.

I visited the store a few days ago to purchase my first pair of prescription glasses. As it was my first time, I was unsure about which frames would best suit my face shape. However, Kanwal made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Their guidance and professionalism were truly appreciated. It was a pleasant experience overall, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Was recommended by a long time friend who's husband sees Dr. Benipal. From the minute I walked in, I felt welcomed! The receptionist was very friendly, comforting and accommodating. Saw Dr. Benipal. She was awesome! Explained everything she was doing and the results of the testing. She asked if I had any questions about anything, gave me her recommendation, no pressure just true concern. I felt very well taken care of! I am so happy I have an optometrist that I trust and her receptionist is very caring as well! Highly highly recommend this office!!!

FIRST OPTICAL REVIEWS

A HUGE thank you to First Optical in the plaza with FStop. My dog ate my glasses overnight and it was my only pair. I was frustrated and desperately trying to get an optometry appointment to be able to get a new prescription and get new glasses. The gentleman there helped me walk through some possible repair ideas. I walked in and he was able to fix them! I went to pay and he refused payment and was just happy to help. I surely will be returning for my new set of frames and am really grateful for the extreme customer service for someone who has never even been a customer there.

Dan and the staff are just absolutely incredible. Professional but makes you feel like family and that is awesome, service and helping with choice of glasses was amazing. No other place I could think of going to for glasses, thank you so much for the incredible experience.

Dan was very helpful and prompt in repairing my sunglasses, thank you so much! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends.
