Our dog was visiting for a wellness check. While we had no concerns both the vet tech (Molly)and Dr Graf were very thorough, very attentive and certainly not rushed. General daily care questions and advice was discussed, solutions that did not suggest medication or adverse procedures. Genuine care and thoughtfulness throughout our visit. Service at Fifth Avenue, including reception is outstanding!.

Cleo was relaxed which I found unusual ,think she liked vet an visit.Nice to see the little extra things yous do like a bag to take her towel back ,an the liner for her cage ,I was impressed thank-you.

Awesome vet clinic, very friendly and professional staff. All vets are expensive, but they are relatively reasonably priced. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Dr. Cynthia and the rest of the team at West End Vet have been fantastic. My dog loves them, and they genuinely care about you and your pet. She explains what's going on and I never feel rushed or like I'm going to overspend without understanding why. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Cynthia and Dr. Leah have both been absolute godsends during a recent emergency surgery that our little min pin required. Compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, and patient are just a few words that describe their approach when treating our fur baby. I cant thank them both enough for their diagnosis, pre and post care. Top notch vets and excellent service! Thanks again for all that you do! Highly recommended!.

Everyone is so friendly, and helpful! My pup adores his vet! It's such a pleasant experience each time. I find the bills at the end very reasonable. I've already recommended this vet to others.
