After months of fruitless searching for a frame I wanted I found it here. Gave the prescription (from another local eye doctor) in and waited excitedly for my new glasses. 3 days later I picked them up. I was shocked to find that I couldn’t see clearly through them, my vision was blurred, it was worse than without glasses on. In discussion with Howard and his team on what could be the issue, they examined my old glasses and realized that the “new” eye doctor I went to did not properly address my vision nor look at my prescription history, even though I had been a client there for over 20 years. Needless to say the service from Howard and his team was excellent from the minute I walked in to the correction they provided to the lens. Love my glasses now. They have such a large inventory of fantastic frames, spoiled for choice, wish I’d gone here first. Thank you for a great customer service experience.

Howard and his team of employees are the best! The absolute best! I have been going to Howard more than 20 years and even after moving an hour away I still come back to see Howard and get my glasses!

Howard and his team are great, I got two lovely pairs of glasses, they have an extensive selection of designer frames and quality lens, an on-site optometrist also.
