Dr.Caissie is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. He takes the time to listen to his patients symptoms, concerns and he genuinely cares. He goes above and beyond truly. I have had some very strange eye problems recently and anytime there is an issue he addresses it right away with very short notice that I need to be seen, he got me into a specialist extremely fast when things were looking not right. He keeps in touch for updates to insure things are back on the track and he truly helps you feel safe and you just know you are in good hands. I truly wish we had more doctor's like him but so far none compare. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. Words can not truly express how grateful I am to have him as my Optometrist.

I have nothing but positive praises for Dr. Caissie, and Vogue Optometry. He was able to squeeze me in durning his lunch break with 1 hours notice. I was visiting St.Johns on a cruise ship and came into the clinic with what we soon discovered were sever side effects from a sea sickness patch I had taken 3 days previous. Blurred vision, pressure behind my eyes and dry mouth. He spent close to an hour examining my eyes and talking with me. I found him to be professional, extremely knowledgeable and a caring person. He even checked in on how I was recovering during the cruise and a month after I returned back to Calgary. I wish I lived closer so he could be my Optometrist. Thank you Dr. Caissie!

I have been to this Doctor’s office twice. It is always a quality experience here. His staff are excellent and welcoming. Dr Caissie is professional, very knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond for his patients.

I broke my glasses the other day before work, I managed to tape the bridge enough for the shift but then they were practically unwearable after. They helped me get a new temp pair less than 10 minutes after arriving at their store. Thank you so much, you guys probably just kept me employed

First time there this week, I will never go anywhere else. Highly professional yet very nice to speak with.

My experience here has been superb. Thanks to the doctor who conducted my eye screening.

I went to this clinic on the advice of my family GP. I don't think I have ever had such a good examination at any other Optometrist. Dr. LeBlanc gave me a very thorough exam and he listened to new problems I have encountered. He presented me with a few suggestions and made me feel comfortable with what my options were. He then set me up with a specialist. He is an excellent Dr. I will return here for my next exam most definitely.

It was my first time going there for my eye exam and glasses. They went above and beyond to find me the exact same set of frames that I used to have even though they were discontinued. They even got my glasses shipped right to my house as I live a fair distance away.

I would highly recommend Rothesay Eye to anyone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, personable, caring and professional. Thank you to Dr. LeBlanc & the opticians Jess & Lynne for making my experience a great one. I especially appreciated the assistance & honesty while picking out a set of frames that suited me!
