From the initial phone call, to bringing my 20 month old son for his eye exams, to ordering his glasses, it’s all been top notch care! The receptionists are warm and welcoming, Dr Daigle is kind, patient and a highly qualified optometrist who came recommended by our pediatrician. The opticians are patient and fun which is a necessity when you’re trying on new glasses for a 2 year old. They even put a rush on having his glasses fabricated so we could have them over the Christmas break! We are so thankful. Thank you to the team at Dr. Brown and Associates! We look forward to seeing you in 2024.

Called to book an appointment for the first time as my daughter broke her glasses and we did not have a local optometrist since our move. Got in the very next day for an updated exam for her, she picked out new Frames and the glasses/lenses were done the same day. Incredibly impressed, and so thankful and we were looking at her being without glasses for over a week at other places. Friendly staff, and Doctors. Was charged normal price for student frames but when I mentioned it they corrected right away. Over all very happy and would recommend.

All the staff at Dr. Brown and Associates are professional, friendly and provide compassionate care. Special thanks to Dr. Elkin and Dr. Daigle for taking the time to answer all my questions and for going above and beyond to make sure my eye health and the eye health of my children are a top priority.

I have to say that Dr. Horseman is one of the best. He always takes his time and is very thorough. When my eye specialist has total confidence in his work I will say he is the best. Would totally recommend him .

I made my first visit to FYIdoctors a few months ago and will never go anywhere else for my eyewear. Their personal, professional service and desire to make your experience a positive one is outstanding. I have purchased five pair of glasses in the past three months and had my children's eye exams completed there as well. Their prices are very competitive or better than the competition and the customer service I received was the best! I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Always have a great experience at FYidoctors-Saint John, the doctors and staff are super friendly!!! The doctors always go above and beyond for me. My wife and I always buy our glasses, sunglasses, and contacts here, I had an issue with my glasses as I couldn't adapt to them and they fixed them right away at no charge! Stefanie at the front desk has helped me numerous times with my insurance! Would highly recommend this location.

Dr McDevitt is very caring & professional she makes you feel very comfortable & you can ask her any questions & she will gladly answer them. We have been going to her since she started her practice. We just love her l recommend her highly you will not be disappointed.
