I was originally referred to an orthodontist on the mountain close to my home . Because I was 26 at the time he said I would need jaw surgery to widen my upper jaw. Well I was very surprised. I just wanted my teeth straightened! So I went looking for other options. I went for two other opinions close to home. They both said jaw surgery too. Then a friend recommended dr.Vic. At my first visit he explained how my treatment could possibly be done without surgery. After X-ray we went ahead with no surgery..Everything has worked out perfectly. Straight teeth ,wider jaw, No surgery required! This doctor knows his stuff. He’s the best!!This is a great place with a great staff.

We were told by two other orthodontists that our 15 year old daughter would need jaw surgery to fix her teeth problems. This doctor fixed her teeth without surgery. The results are amazing ! We highly recommend.

This doctor and staff are very caring and highly knowledgeable. They are very proud of their results . Judging from my daughter’s beautiful smile and now my son’s they should be.

It was easy to find the office, with ample parking. Their staff was professional and honest. He took the time to address my concerns and did not recommend any unnecessary treatment. I would highly recommend.

Staff are always very professional and warm - Which isn't an easy atmosphere to establish & maintain. My family has appreciated feeling at ease & welcomed within the office and under the care of GRO. One of my children was born missing a tooth & Dr. Dugas called her one in a million & proceeded to create an absolutely gorgeous smile without invasive work.

So lovely to work with, my daughter started her braces journey at 13 years old. They made her as comfortable as possible through the entire experience. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter was seen at Smiles by Design because we were told she needed braces. I drove all the way from London because Dr. Sawhney came highly recommended to us. My daughter was very nervous about getting braces and wondered about other options. Dr.Sawhney and her team spent a tremendous amount of time with my daughter to educate her about her options and eventually she decided to go with Invisalign. This turned out to be the perfect option for her. The team then worked quickly get her fitted and trained on how to use Invisalign. The folks at Smiles by Design truly care about their patients and are willing to go the extra mile to make their patients happy! It is no wonder that Dr. Sawhney’s patients come from all over southwestern Ontario to see her and her team. I give the team at smiles by Design Orthodontics an A+ overall.

Love love love Dr. Sawhney and her team! All of the staff I have encountered have shown the outmost passion and care. They listen to what your concerns are and work to address it. Dr. Sawhney carries a strong team and it's so refreshing.

Dr. Sawhney and staff were nothing short of amazing. I just finished my Invisalign process and was over the moon with the results. Smiles by Design really do give you the perfect smile and care. Everyone is so sweet and I would choose Smiles by Design all over again. High recommend.
