“Dr. Natalie Zagordo earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honours from the University of Waterloo in 2013. During her studies, she worked with specialists on serious eye conditions like diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma in Dallas, Texas. She also interned in Oakville and volunteered on an eye care mission to Belize. After finishing her studies, Dr. Zagordo returned to Sault Ste. Marie is to practice. She is a member of the Ontario Optometric Association and is especially interested in pediatric eye care. Currently, she is practicing at Fyidoctors. The clinic offers a variety of services, including comprehensive eye exams, prescription glasses, sunglasses, prescription lenses, contact lens fittings, and other optometric services designed to help you achieve and maintain optimal vision. I was in need of some new frames, but had no idea where to start. The staff were very helpful and and it only took me 15 minutes to get three frames I would have never found by myself. Whenever I'm in need of some new glasses I know where I'm going.

Huge thanks to Danielle, who helped figure out why my insurance wasn't going through (and forgave me for my frustrated comments) and to Kara, who helped me order my new glasses. I really appreciated how kind they were. Love the glasses and these staff members! Thanks for being you.

Great experience with Dr. Burns and the team at Eye Care Algoma. The office is bright and clean. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment but was seen right away by Dr. Burns. He is kind and professional, taking time to explain everything so I could understand. His office staff were friendly and helpful in selecting frame options for me. Very satisfied overall.

Absolutely the best care I have ever received. Dr Burns and his staff are very professional and friendly. You won’t be disappointed with the care you will receive. Graham and Sherrie Kent.

Both my son and I have come to see Dr. Burns & we have had great experiences! The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the office/waiting room are bright and nicely decorated!.

I went in for eye exam and was greeted by Rhonda who was kind, friendly and professional. I’ve been seeing Dr. deLuca for years and she is amazing and very detail oriented. She is great at explaining and answering any of our questions or concerns. On my way out, I was serviced by Ashna who was good enough to check my past records to ensure I purchase the correct eye drops and printed my receipts necessary for my benefits. She too was kind, friendly and professional. Recommend 10/10

I wanted to share the fantastic experience that my 16 year old son had with FYI Doctors for his recent eye appointment. This is the first time he has went to an appointment on his own. I had to call to give his health card info and reception was super helpful. The whole process from start to finish made him feel comfortable. His appointment with his eye doctor Natalie went very well. I can’t express how thankful I am to feel comfortable and confident that my son will be taken care as he starts attending appointments on his own! I recommend FYI to any one especially those with families. Thank you!!
