Although I showed up just after the shop had closed, the technician who was at the door took the time to deal with my glasses problem and remedied my dilemma. Outstanding customer service! He would have been completely in his right to nicely apologize and simply tell me that they were closed, but he went out of his way, above and beyond, to help.

My boyfriend and I were there a couple weeks ago and it was such a great experience! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The doctor that we saw was really professional and informative. Everything was clean and they have a great selection for glasses! I just cannot say enough nice things about this place. They made us feel super comfortable!

Dr. Webb and the team at Complete EyeCare are professional, caring and take the time to explain any questions you have for them. A special thank you to Amanda who spoke with me this past week and helped me with a problem I was having with my new glasses. She was kind and supportive and her customer service skills were second to none!
