The Company was professional all the way from the first contact with Elliot to the technician Brad who came to the house. Brad was on time, explained what he was doing, and looked in every corner of the house as well as removing ceiling tile. Brad is a 10 on my scale!

Brad arrived on time and was an excellent professional that takes pride in his work. I am very thankful that he took care of the problem, and more importantly, I trust that he did.
