Easiest 5 star rating I've given. If you're reading reviews to see who to choose, stop searching and go with The Bugman. When I called to request services, Jesse was so helpful. He was friendly, patient and made sure to give me all the information I needed. On the day of the service, I was given a 15 minute heads up text that they were on their way. And Mathew was exactly on time. He was terrific! So kind, polite and took the time to ask me questions, let me ask questions, and offered his professional opinion on what the best path for us would be. He inspected all three levels of our home and all around the outside as well! Their customer service is unmatched in my opinion. They make, what is a stressful situation for many, an easy and informative experience. Most importantly though, they leave you with peace of mind.
