Absolutely wonderful staff who are super knowledgeable. I made the 2 hour drive to BauHound Haus (twice within a week) to purchase 2 Ruffland Kennels. Mike was super helpful when purchasing the kennels. I purchased one on my first visit but after looking around the store and seeing the large inventory of items (specifically raw food & limited ingredient & low processed treats) they have that are unavailable in any other pet store I have been to, I was eager to go back and purchase a second Ruffland when I had more time to shop around. Would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing everyone at BAUHOUND is and how you are in such good hands when you bring in your loved ones. Right from the front desk, to the grooming . My dog has been going here for a few years now, he was at so many different groomers prior, but only Rebecca aka. Dog whisperer could get him to calm down and do his nails (with no muzzle)! She is just phenomenal! Everyone is there to give you the best advise and love. I was just there today with my injured boy and what those girls did for us, will stay with me forever. Good all around pet boutique. The staff are a bit more knowledgeable on dogs than the average pet store employee, they have a great selection of smoked bones and raw, best in town Imo.
