The staff really care. We were nervous because our puppy was only 3 months old (taking early xmas photos) but they told us afterwards that she loved to cuddle so obviously she was held during her cut! They met with her beforehand for her to get comfortable with them. She smelled amazing and they said to text them ideas of what we had in mind.

What a positive and uplifting experience! I don't remember the last time I paid for something and thought it was money well spent! This was absolutely the case. Money well spent! Copper is the most handsome boy he's ever been! Highly recommend taking your dog or cat or furry animal here to be groomed!

My dog is absolutely psychotic. Lorinda has never failed to send her home looking fabulous, or at the very least better than when she arrived. Bella loves her, and Cy. They’re fantastic, fantastic people. Bella says she’s sorry for getting snippy.
