If you are not already a customer of this pharmacy, you should be! This is by far the best pharmacy I have been too. They provide above and beyond customer service and you can tell they truly care about providing a positive, personalized experience that differs from the big brand pharmacies. Happy to support this local business!

Great experience!! Booking for COVID shot online was smooth and seamless. At the pharmacy Jeffrey was prompt; professional; and super-friendly. (Actually enjoyed something I usually dread ;) Thanks so much for upholding excellent service!!

Just a great place. Very clean and modern. More importantly the pharmicist, Thomas, was really good guy. The service was quick and friendly and he went out of his way to explain things. My suggestion is to park at the bar next door and walk the 3m to this place

My family and I have always had a great experience at this pharmacy but we had a particularly positive experience here today. One of my family members is immunocompromised and tested positive for COVID for the first time; although this pharmacy ran out of the anti-viral that we needed, the pharmacist and the staff members went out of their way to help us to the best of their abilities today, including explaining the process to obtain the medication elsewhere without paying out of pocket! Shoutout to Lucie Li for her continuous compassion and care.

I recently had a great experience at Aurora IDA Pharmacy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the medications I needed and answered all my questions thoroughly. They even went the extra mile by providing a thorough consultation for my unique situation. I highly recommend Aurora IDA Pharmacy for all your prescription needs!

This is my go-to pharmacy! They’re extremely efficient, the space is clean and the team here is very welcoming. You can tell that they have a strong focus on customer service.
