Belinda attended the first Modo Yoga Teacher Training abroad in Thailand in 2006 and has since completed over 1,000 hours of continuing yoga and movement arts education. Her vision to create an accessible healing space to foster community connection, growth, and peace inspired her to open her first Modo Yoga studio in 2010 with her partner Linda Barrett. Modo Yoga Aurora's classes suit all ability levels, even absolute beginners with limited flexibility. They offer hot classes in their Hot Room and regular temperature classes in their Bodhi Room.
