TheMuseum celebrates art and technology at play. TheMuseum is dedicated to presenting fresh, interesting cultural material from around the globe in a creative and immersive way. The exhibits intersect literature, science, and technology. TheMuseum offers a range of STEAM activities that show children and teens how to take thoughtful chances, participate in experiential learning, invest in problem-solving, and participate in teams. The permanent interactive exhibits and rotating temporary exhibits can be touched and enjoyed. 2025 Update: TheMuseum is affiliated with CMA, CHIN, and the Virtual Museum of Canada. Eyepool is TheMuseum’s new permanent digital immersive gallery. This 1000 square-foot gallery space is equipped with 14 state-of-the-art Christie Inspire projectors that will help transport you to other worlds over and over again.

Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum features exhibits on Waterloo's history, plus the 24-acre Doon Heritage Village. It has 2 indoor galleries. The Central Gallery and Mezzanine galleries tell the evolving tale of the Waterloo Area from ancient times to the present. Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum also offers a range of special events and everyday activities.

2025 Update: Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum is the largest community museum in Ontario, with a large feature gallery which showcases local and travelling exhibits from around the world, a temporary gallery, and its permanent gallery which tells the story of Waterloo Region. Located on the second floor of the main museum gallery is the Waterloo Region Hall of Fame. The second floor also contains a War Memorial with a visual list of the names of all those from Waterloo County/Region who have given their lives for their country.

Rockway Gardens is famous for its beautiful landscape garden and fountains. Rockway Gardens promotes horticulture and environmental awareness in the Kitchener area. The garden provides a full range of activities for approximately five hundred members, including greenhouse trips, perennial exchanges, and bulb sales. Many wedding photo shoots are done here to take advantage of the beautiful gardens. Rockway Gardens is the best spot to enjoy a stroll or spend a relaxed afternoon.
