We used Fresh Look for our November 5 wedding and wow, wow, wow. Ainsley and the team were so easy to work with, great platform for communication and uploading thoughts and ideas via photos and stunning work. It was a warm, but extremely windy day and yet the flowers did so well and held. The mantle piece was stunning, table setting gorgeous and my bouquet was even better than I imagined. Set-up and take down was all taken care of to give me a stress free day as well. I even had a couple minor changes between 3-6 months prior and even though the floral order was in, still was zero issues which I appreciated because I miss counted a couple things! Can't say enough about these ladies and I love supporting, not only local, but female owned too! Thanks so much Ainsley for everything leading up to and on the day!

Absolutely amazing working with Fresh Look Design for my wedding. I had no reservations working with Ainsley and the team. My experience with them was such a joy, they were very well organized, and they make you feel taken care of. They captured the vision perfectly, while adding their professional touches. When I saw it all come together on the day of, it was better than I could ever dream of. We kept receiving compliments throughout the day. Our wedding logistically was challenging with multiple locations that they've never done before. However, that was not an issue at all. We did all the floral, decor, and rentals with Fresh Look which included bouquets, centrepieces, charger plates, table numbers, votives, pillars, backdrop, cross-back chairs, chalkboard seating chart, and some other items. We worked with the Fresh Look Design team for our wedding in June and had the best experience. Ainsley understood our vision right away and made it come to life. We received so many comments on our florals and decor the entire night. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

We cannot say enough good things about Afzia and Style & Elegance. Afzia has become like a friend to us over the last few weeks as we finalized all of the details for our wedding. She is extremely organized, helpful, caring, friendly, kind… we could go on! She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were prepared for our day and to make sure it went smoothly. To name a few things: She worked with us to prepare a detailed itinerary for the day while ensuring that plans remained flexible, sourced and put together our wedding favours, sourced an awesome cake company, attended the rehearsal and asked our officiant all the right questions, and hugely helped in making sure our day was perfect. She also took so many awesome candid photos throughout the day! She made so much of our stress disappear leading up to the day and on it. We were questioning whether we’d need to hire a coordinator for our day but we are SO glad that we did!!! It is most definitely a worthwhile investment. Thank you Afzia (and Sarah)!!

As our "month-of" coordinator, she kept us on track in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and left no stone unturned when it came to planning our big day. Everything about our wedding just seemed to flow, and it was just perfect. If you are looking for a completely stress-free, smooth and personalized wedding experience, I would highly recommend Afzia. We hired Afzia as our month of coordinator and she truly went above and beyond at making our wedding day as perfect as can be. We had some major hiccups that occurred prior to our wedding with vendors and she was the one that professionally took care of everything. She truly filled every gap, ensured everyone was on the same page, and made us feel so confident in her abilities. Her professionalism and years in the industry showed with not only our experience with her, but our families, bridal party and even guests. We had one larger issue with our floral occur the day before our wedding and Afzia had the bright ideas and solved everything with our florist, all while keeping us informed every step of the way. If we had not had her, I would have been highly stressed and we would have had to change parts of our wedding and be communicating with the florist the night before and day of our wedding. I understand when people say they have a “point person” such as a family member, or maid of honour - but you need someone who is not involved in the day personally and can make proper unbiased opinions and solve problems without anyone else. If you are looking for a true wedding professional that knows which questions to ask, finds every small detail, and does it all with a big heart, Afzia is the one!
