I called Caldwell to schedule a non-emergency replacement of our main water shut off valve due to a slow leak. From beginning to end they were professional and informative regarding the process and provided many options for scheduling. Justin came in to replace our valve and he was prompt, efficient, informative and so nice. They were very affordable while also providing great service. We would not hesitate to use them again.
