We experienced a flood event and our insurance company requested that we use a plumber to diagnose the source of the leak. Garrett showed up on time, was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very thorough and performed a number of tests to assist in identifying the source of the problem. He provided the requested report which was clear and reasoned. I would easily recommend Pioneer Plumbing, and certainly Garrett.
