One call …I was out of town and the leak was contained while on vacation with my Fiancée .. No problem . Office contacted me and arranged for the owner Rod and his Top pipe person Tyler to arrive at 11.09 am and they had it cleaned cleared and replaced . We had renovated our bathroom and Pro Results installed the new tub, faucet etc. Now speaking honestly we did have a small issue and Rod came out immediately and handled everything to our satisfaction. We are thrilled with the responsiveness the professionalism and the fact that Rod owned up to the issue and didn’t haggle with us. We will definitely keep using their services.

I got multiple quotes and no one came close to the professionalism I saw from Pro Results. Their quote format, emails, the receptionist, the master plumber and the technicians....all extremely polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Really reasonably priced for such a great service. Excellent work done post wall removal.
