Lauchlan was absolutely Fantastic. He was called to do a diagnostic check on my A/C and he found the problem. Repaired it and it was back up and working right away. He was very professional courteous and knowledgeable about the A/C unit. I am grateful to him and would recommend him to others. He went above & beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Mike called to say he was on his way on time. problem was heat pump was not cooling the house .Mike very quickly diaqnosed the problem and had infinite patience in searching for the leak causing the lack of refrigerant and correcting it. After repair he tested the system then when it proved to work satisfactorily packed up his tools cleaned up and left. Job very well done by a man who knew his job. Well done Mike.

Our floor was leaking, and we couldn’t figure out the source of the problem. He worked diligently and successfully identified and fixed the issue. Thanks to him, we no longer have any leaks. Great job!
