Our team works closely with our Clients to understand their short and long term goals, so that they are able to better manage their properties.

All of our Property Managers (6) conduct inspections. This may be monthly or quarterly. Our maintenance team also conducts annual inspections that focus on exterior and interior items. We also test smoke alarms and change furnace filters.

We have a software program that manages are annual inspections. It's similar to a standard "home inspection" where you get a report with images and descriptions of our findings - It is quite thorough. Our reporting is done through monthly financial statements that show a fully transparent view of how each month goes with rent collection, invoices and other items.

It depends on if it's during the busy "high" season or slow "winter" season. On average, our in-house maintenance team handle anywhere between 150 - 200 per month.
