His professionalism, promptness, and transparency throughout the entire leasing process have really impressed me. The Axon Property Management team provided us with constant support and timely responses to our requests. They were kind, patient, and understanding in all of our communications and provided high-quality service. We are very happy with their services and support!

When a situation with an unwanted guest in my apartment became a risk to my personal safety, I called the team at Axon to ask for help. This unwelcome visitor stole my key to maintain access to my apartment after being asked repeatedly to leave my home. Colin was on site changing the lock within an hour of our call. The entire team at Axon has been extremely helpful and accommodating during what has been a very difficult time for me and their patience, understanding, and assistance has not gone unnoticed. Things are slowly starting to get back to normal and getting that lock changed was a very big piece in ensuring things will only continue to improve. Many thanks to the whole team!

I rented from Axon for 3 consecutive years and had nothing but a positive experience with them! I was mostly in contact with David, who was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly! Any questions we had or maintenance that was required was always met with a friendly and timely response. I would highly recommend renting from Axon!

My experience with Frontenac was really outstanding. I had to move suddenly out of my current place and Frontenac quickly and empathetically dealt with all lease problems, showed me a new place with a good price, quality, and close to the school. The team members that I met were very kind and supportive. I was very comfortable working with them. I was able to move and sign a new lease asap. On their website, they have a tenant-available email that responds very quickly to any maintenance needs or questions. I would highly recommend working with them.

Very happy with my experience! The staff in the office are so friendly! They really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy! Very quick to respond and answer any questions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
