Recently took possession of a condo managed by Citysearch. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Mary-Carole and Janice so far and both have been absolute professionals. Being a renter that used to own a property management company, you can tell that they take pride in their work and strive to deliver a great experience to their tenants, not just the landlord. The move in experience was quick and painless with an excellent system to fairly track the property’s condition. Any deficiencies noted in the move in report were resolved quickly with prompt communication along the way. If I knew anyone searching for a rental in Calgary, I would confidently recommend them!
