Had an absolutely great experience with them. They showed us the property and had us do all the formalities with the help of their online login which was a great experience and was very quick. They even helped with the tenant insurance which is a new thing for anyone travelling from India. A big applause for Shammi, our property manager who went miles ahead to make experience of renting our first house in canada immensely easy. She took care all all the small and little things wonderfully well. The best thing is that she got our apartment ready before time and we didnt have to spend extra money at airbnb waiting for the apartment to get ready. She is really professional and by associating with this company all you can expect is a top notch service.
