Dr Sat Pal Girgla is an absolutely amazing psychiatrist. I’ve been seeing him for almost 8 years now. He is kind, soft-spoken, compassionate and he really cares for his patients. The receptionists at the office are sweet and professional. I moved a couple years ago and I am over 2 hours away from the office; I still make the trip to see him for my appts. He has helped me tremendously over the years and for that I am very grateful!!

Great doctor and psychiatrist. The whole team at the office, including Ashley at the front desk is very kind, caring and accommodating. They seem to actually care about your health and well being. Makes for a pleasant and comfortable appointment every time.

One cannot fully express the multitude of praises rightfully deserved/ earned by Dr. Girgla. I became a patient of Dr. Girgla's in 1992 and I continue to benefit from his professional,friendly and sensitive mental health care. I have experienced his remarkable care during the lowest points in my life, Dr. Girgla has always extended his time to my husband and our daughter. He has guided me through group and individual therapies, medications and adjustments as needed,andhas openly referred me to other exceptional mental health specialists - kind thanks for the referral years ago to Dr.Roger MacIntyre at the Toronto University/Western hospital system. Dr. Girgla has also supervised my various hospital stays in Burlington and Oakville and fully explained my nessary ECT treatments. Special mention and gratitude to his assistant for many years, Carol is an amazing individual. Ashley,the new assistant has a professional and friendly demeanor which is greatly appreciated. Dr.Girgla has been a literal life saverduring the lowest points in my life and while I experienced the pits of my bipolar rapid cycling during numerous points over a 30 year plus period. Kind thanks and admiration are simply not enough for Dr. Girgla - words are not enough. She was very nice & helped me with everything! this is my first time seeing her but I can tell you that she was the most amazing Psychiatrist out there, I have a LOT of things going on in my life and a LOT of things going wrong with me..and thank god she understood and I'm very happy about that..
