2025 Update: Deer Lake Park is a hub of activity during the busy summer season, hosting concerts and festivals on the Festival Lawn. The park is accessible to wheelchairs, and dogs are allowed.”

CENTRAL PARK REVIEWS

Beautiful park located in the city of Burnaby, the trails are well maintained and easily accessible. There are 2 small ponds in the centre of the park as well as a playground, restrooms, tennis courts and a concession stand. The whole park took about an hour to walk around. Very peaceful and relaxing way to unwind, there's lots of wildlife running about.

It is a natural wonder place close to Burnaby Metropolis. It has ponds inside, a large playground, picnic areas and areas for sports. tennis, basketball and golf courts are great for sports lovers. The floor and track for walking and running are very good. Suitable for your dog.

We came here to play the pitch and putt. Nice course to get your short game going for the start of the season, or any other time. The course is shaded by large trees that's why my wife was so eager to do it. Greens are pretty good conditions, too.

BURNABY MOUNTAIN CONSERVATION AREA REVIEWS

Lovely area to recreate in!! The trails are well maintained and smooth with scenic views of the ocean and city. The forest is amazing and provides a nice peaceful environment. A super accessible area as well! Overall I cannot recommend this place enough. Please remember to pack out your trash Dog-friendliness: Dog friendly trails and a great spot for them to get exercise.

If you want to have a mesmerizing city view this is a good place. Beautiful sunsets , great uphills walks , and bonus it's one of the best place to watch northern lights or meteor shower. The only request to the authorities is please turn off the lights . Please enjoy some beautiful northern lights pics.

We went for a picnic with family and friends over the weekend. It wasn't too busy, and I loved the hike on the trails. Very beautiful views of Vancouver and the water.
