I can't say enough about how amazing it has been working with Hinchey Homes. Everyone including the people who took pictures, Tara who stages the house, people who manage the paperwork and Lauren Gerrits our amazing agent. We had quite a unique situation when selling our house and buying another, it was a stressful time for our family due to extenuating circumstances. Lauren worked with us through all of it, she was so patient and worked so hard to accommodate us, she was professional and caring and always had our best interest at heart. We put our home and trust in the hands of the Hinchey group and they excelled. The Renos for Cash program is a great concept where they fund and manage renos to improve the home prior to selling making it more desirable. Included a designer to determine work needed then staging prior to listing. Turned out great. Kyle was in constant communication with us as was Stephanie during construction.
