“Sungod Recreation Centre has a swirl pool, a sauna, a steam room, a weight room, a cycling studio, a gymnasium, meeting rooms, wifi, and a physiotherapy clinic. Sungod Recreation Centre offers professional coaching to children aged 6-18. They have a warm pool, and one of the larger pools has lanes while another has diving boards. Sungod Recreation Centre gym is well-equipped with a variety of new exercise equipment. The facility offers rental options if you require a venue for your events or meetings. Guests can easily contact them for program registration or drop in to explore their offerings.

2025 Update: The pools are excellent for small children and have amenities for all ages. There is a jetted hot pool and a sauna and a steam room. The ice rink is fantastic, as well as the gyms and workout facilities. There is ample parking and there are car charging stations.”

It's important to note that access is exclusive to Delta residents, enhancing the sense of community within the facility. Overall, Sungod Rec Centre stands out as a commendable choice for those seeking a holistic approach to fitness and well-being.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found this community center. It seemed night and day difference to south delta facility for some reason. Overall experience, atmosphere, service was beyond my imagination, coming from Richmond. It was a beautiful day for me and my 2 boys to be at the stick and puck on this Thanksgiving, one of memory that will last for a long time. We plan to continue tlto come here for specific purpose. Ice as great and I must say this is the most well managed facility, second to none. Staffs I very much appreciated..

Pleasant staff, clean facilities overall. Some of the teenagers can be a little annoying loud in the change room but otherwise the experience is usually good. Wish there was some towel hooks by the showers and exit to the pool area. Minor complaints but majority great.

NORTH DELTA RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS

A very well maintained recreational facility with Skating Rink, Basketball court which is used as badminton court as well. A very well maintained gym with latest fitness equipments. Trainers also can be arranged on request and extra fees. There is an open swimming pool as well. Yoga classes are also conducted here. Recreational activities available for the whole family. Ample parking space. There is a small coffee shop also in the premises.

I signed up for Adult swimming classes @ North Delta Recreation Club and happened to get this instructor, Collin S. He was simply awesome, I loved the way he managed the lessons, he had a clear agenda and milestones to be achieved at the end of every class, through those milestones he helped me achieve the goals that I set for myself. Thanks Collin.

Great medium-sized weight room with lots of well-maintained equipment and very pleasant and helpful staff. Big windows and mirrors fill the gym with light and allow you to check your form. Not as massive as the nearby Sungod weight room, but less crowded and less intense! I am a regular now!

LADNER LEISURE CENTRE REVIEWS

Gym is well equipped with helpful staff. You can stash your gear in a locker then open it to change without loosing your loonie. Not too places give your locker money back. Pool is 25 m and very clean. There is always 2 lanes and sometimes 3 for lane swimming. I love the big hot tub after. Haven't tried the classes but for one admission you get those along with gym and swim. Great!

Love this facility. It's quiet in the pool mid day, gym doesn't get too busy, sauna gets decently hot, the patrons are pleasant. I wouldn't go here to lift super heavy because the gym is upstairs and dead lifting heavy and upstairs gym is never good. But all things considered, nice place. Also skating rink and small bike park.

For a small location in a relatively small town, this leisure center is quite packed with stuff. There's an ice rink, two swimming pools, multiple exercise rooms and a sauna. It's a great place to take your family for some physical activities.
