I love this place. My sons love it more than me I think. I have been here more than them, so I think the magic of the place has left somewhat for me because of that. My sons live in Williams Lake, where the pool facility is smaller so its a real treat for them to attend with me at this facility. There is a fitness gym, and an indoor track, and an outdoor track, and a stadium. The parking lot seems small sometimes as this is a pretty busy place most of the time. The change rooms are big, and lots of family change rooms as well. Its a little pricey, but its a great facility for sure.

Grateful establishment! I take my little guy to the drop in gymnastics and he loves it. The pool is clean, the life guards are great and the track/gym is wonderful. The gym can get pretty busy so go early! The track and pool are great early in the day for it being a little less busy as well.

Top Notch Facilities and home of TRU Wolf Pack teams as well as Kamloops Broncos Jr. Football. A wide variety of fitness needs for all skill levels. Indoor track and hardwood courts & outdoor track and brand new turff field. Throwing centre and grass football/soccer fields.

CANADA GAMES AQUATIC CENTRE REVIEWS

Very accommodating to people with physical handicaps. Around 10 odd handicap stalls, 4 care aid change rooms, several handicap and family change rooms. The facilities here are very impressive, with a huge pool, waterslides, wading pool, lazy river, diving boards. Work with a company that takes several clients on the autism spectrum here and the staff have always been excellent. Care aids use the facility for free with their client.

The swimming facility was very nice. Lots of diving boards, a fun waterslide, big pool for line swimming and a nice family pool next to it as well as a hot tub and steam rooms. The best part was the low cost of admission for 4 adults and a 3 year old we payed 17$. We couldn't believe it. This was well worth the visit!

Love hot tub. Tho it was quite full of people. The grandkids enjoyed kids pool, and parents and family enjoyed the pool. They had change rooms with lockers for clothing. Famoly found it a little frustrating to get an account set up. To enter pool area.

Friendly staff. I always feel welcome at the YMCA/YWCA fitness department is very knowledgable about all equipment. Swimming pool is always great, has a rope swing and diving board as well as a hot tub and sauna. Would recommend for a nice fun time or relaxing time or even a good workout.

Staff is friendly. My wife and I love it, it meets our needs perfectly. Although the gym building and equipment is older and could benefit from updating, it's ok because it's very well maintained and the place is really clean compared to other gyms we've been to. Thanks to the staff there.

So far my experience has been great, the staff are very attentive and helpful. Most people keep to themselves and are respectful.
