Really nice center here. I only went for the steam room and sauna and cooled off in the kiddy pool, lol. Both amenities get very nicely warm!! Lots of space, too. Came with our friend in a wheelchair and she was able to be parked right in by the window so we could interact still with her, which was really nice!! The water bottle station is kinda hiding. lol, it's buried into the wall. It took me a small bit to hunt it down, haha Will definitely be coming back.
This facility has so much to offer. The pool is amazing for kids and adults. There are lots of programs from sports to workouts and more. All kinds of space, nothing feels cramped here. There is also Fantastic viewing if your kids are playing a scheduled game here. They have a Starbucks, Booster Juice to name a few, as well as a Viewpoint restaurant or pup. Theres a play center for kids too so you could workout and have some fun for the kids if that's an issue for you. There's definitely something for anyone. Wheelchair accessible inside and out.
This recommendation is probably geared towards those new to St. Albert. Servus Place is a great centre to mix and mingle while staying active. They have a decent toddler+ play area, and occasionally transform a section of the basket ball court into a toddler play ground. The transformed court is perfect kids 18 month+ , and I believe not many people know about it since it is usually empty. I signed up for swimming lessons for both my daughters and unlike Ontario it was not competitive to get in, and it was affordable. I don’t think I can go through all the actives available at the centre. If you have intentions of getting a bit more active this season take a trip there and get active.

FOUNTAIN PARK RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS
We have been going to this pool for a couple months now and the lifeguards are the best in any city pool we have been too. Very courteous and kind, well mannered and a joy to talk to. We will always continue our visits to this pool not only for the cleanliness of the facility but for the comfort the lifeguards bring to the environment. Keep up the great work.
My kids attend their swimming lessons here, it is newly renovated and we love how its brighter and their kid friendly designs are fantastic. The wall paintings are enormous and very colourful. Staff are very helpful in the front desk.
Great place. Try the coffee shop. Thr swimming areas are great. A great kids area. The hot tub is huge. The swimming lanes are great. Instructors are amazing and have lots of patience. Staff overall is really friendly and helpful and outgoing. The diving boards are really cool. This is a great pool .. worth trying out. Great for families , adults, kids and everyone in between.. staff is friendly

RIEL RECREATION PARK REVIEWS
Nice Park along the Sturgeon River. Great place for a walk or run. Picnic tables and bbq s. Beautiful Christmas Lights in December. Always something going on in the park.
Went for the Borealis Light and had good experience of different types of lighting setup. It's worth the money. The greeter was standing in the cold and collecting donations. I assumed as there was a bucket beside him, but I did not bring anything. I will for sure bring some can items and a hot coffee for him. Restrooms: The portable toilet was set up at the entrance.
Great day park- picnic tables, bbq, firewood, walking and bike trails, playground, outhouses and plenty of parking.
