Seasons Retirement Communities

Many thanks to Dale Boyd leasing manager at Seasons Welland. His commitment to seniors and their well being is front and center. Dale helped us navigate retirement living for our loved ones via tours, a luncheon, phone calls and emails. He is patient, understanding, compassionate and always ready and willing to answer questions and put one's mind at ease. Our tours were met with a friendly smile and a good sense of humour which was an added bonus. The front desk staff, food services personnel and residents all made us feel very welcome during our tours. Such a warm feeling. We are grateful and thankful for our connection. All the best.

I always say that you get a vibe right from the person who answers the phone..Lenor’s friendliness shows just how wonderful Seasons’ staff is. Dale showed us around without rushing us and couldn’t have been more informative. We certainly hope to get a call that there’s a place for us.

Visited Seasons this afternoon to look at a respite room. Found it very nice and clean. Dale was very informative and answered all my questions.
