From the moment I walked into Mike Knapp Ford, I felt more like a friend to them than a customer. I was assisted and offered choices, not pushed towards something I didn't want. When I set up a test drive, Josh literally had it ready and running for me, then gave me the full rundown on all the car had to offer. Once I made my choice, Blair and Mike made the entire transaction so easy. I highly recommend Mike Knapp Ford, the staff truly make the experience fun and enjoyable. This wasn't my first purchase from there and won't be my last either.

Dealing with Steve makes buying a truck very easy and stress free. It is our fourth purchase with him. He is excellent at tailoring to our needs and making us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Igor deserves a mention as well, fine tuning and making the paper work seamless. Great guys and professional, really making the customer feel important and putting in the effort! Thanks guys.
