From the moment I walked into Mike Knapp Ford, I felt more like a friend to them than a customer. I was assisted and offered choices, not pushed towards something I didn't want. When I set up a test drive, Josh literally had it ready and running for me, then gave me the full rundown on all the car had to offer. Once I made my choice, Blair and Mike made the entire transaction so easy. I highly recommend Mike Knapp Ford, the staff truly make the experience fun and enjoyable. This wasn't my first purchase from there and won't be my last either.

Dealing with Steve makes buying a truck very easy and stress free. It is our fourth purchase with him. He is excellent at tailoring to our needs and making us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Took my truck into service for a small warranty repair. Service manager Bill is top notch always keeping me updated on the repair and offering advice and guidance on other not related vehicle items. He is courteous and highly knowledgeable on all things relating to Ram trucks. This business should definitely be considered in your next purchase or service. The service department is top notch in my humble opinion. Thanks to all.
