Mario and son completed the work on our cottage and boat house on July 25. He did an excellent job. He kept in touch with estimated dates to start the work and I never had to follow up with him as he followed up with me. He came prepared to the site with extra materials, if necessary. One extra thing to mention is that, he does not take the old shingles to the local garage dump. He takes it a bit out his way to another garage dump, which recycles it and put it on trails.
