3 Best Sandwich Shops in Gatineau, QC

I just stopped in at this Subway because it's the only one thats open past 8pm. Online the hours are listed as open until 9pm. When I arrived at 8:20 the open sign was on as well as all the lights and there was a cashier inside but the door was locked. I tired knocking on the door and even calling the store number to see why I couldnt get in even thought the open sign was on and the hours listen at the door said open until 9pm but I got no response. I'm very upset at this unprofessional service, if you're going to close early then at least turn the open sign off

Staff are always friendly, listen well, and fix it if they make any mistakes. They really put extra effort in and it shows.

We visited Nickels Deli Gatineau for breakfast I had the Philly Steak Eggs Benedict and converted the breakfast potatoes into Poutine with Hollandaise sauce and a side of sausage. My friend had the Western Omelette with Breakfast potatoes. The food was delicious served hot and on time and the waitress polite, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The place was clean and the employees keep it nicely sanitized. I would definitely recommend this location for a meal.

Stopped here with family and friends. Had the smoke meat sandwich with poutine and it was a huge portion. Everyone in our group tried it and we were very satisfied with friendly staff and food. Highly recommended.

First of all, it's a diner so I don't think this is like any other restaurant I rate. But I've been here with my children twice now, and the service has been exceptional both times. It's a standard diner, if you like any good diner, you'll like this one. But why I'm coming back again is the staff.
