Went to pick up my food this evening august 20 2023 (north end) showed up bit early so observed skip the dishes guy picking up, brought in wrong size bag he was gonna carry out the food without insulated bag, immediately one of the staff members says sir you need to get the correct bag I don’t want my customer getting cold food! He actually was annoyed was kinda ignoring her, again she says you’re not taking the food till it’s in the insulated bag! Finally he goes back to his vehicle get the correct bag, great job, she didn’t back down!
We’ve ordered takeout a number of times and the food is consistently great each time. The Dynamite Roll, in particular, is amazingly good.
Staff has always been very friendly, been returning customers many times. Orders are accurate, and food tastes great!
