The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Coquitlam

I'm not a big believer in make your own reservations but they really do work. I started the day with making a reservation around noon and they weren't even open. Nice. When we arrived my family was greeted very warmly while I was parking the car. Once I arrived inside we were shown to our table. Christa was very accommodating and reviewed our reservation with us to confirm that we were there for our anniversary. After I said yes we were asked if we would like a complimentary drink.

Love how attentive the staff are at this Keg location. We've been here twice for anniversary celebrations, the second time with our toddler, and the servers took such good care of us. Even had a complimentary plate of fruit & veggies for our toddler to munch on while waiting for our food. The atmosphere is fairly quiet, even when it's busy, with low lighting, so it's not overstimulating. All the food & drinks were delicious as well. Definitely recommend for couples and families!

The fact that my meal was tailored around a food allergy was surprising and made me grateful we decided on the Keg for our anniversary dinner. My dinner was part of the 'Lobster Summer' promotion, hubby had roast beef- both done to perfection - with a glorious slice of Billy Miner Pie to share afterwards. The staff treated us so well that I would give them an 11/10! Definitely an experience worth repeating!
