Je suis vraiment impressionné par la qualité de l'accueil et du service de toute l'équipe d'Entrepôts Publics dans Hochelaga (près de Notre-Dame et Pie-IX). Accommodants et disponibles, ils prennent un grand soin des installations. Les entrepôts sont propres et bien entretenus, toujours en parfait état! Je vous le dit, il y a tout le temps quelqu'un qui peinture quelque part là-dedans. Étant un client commercial depuis 1.5 ans, je confirme à quel point ils ont été un partenaire essentiel dans l'essor et la réussite de mon entreprise. Récemment, ils ont même pris les devants en me contactant pour m'offrir un espace plus grand qui venait de se libérer. Cette opportunité est arrivée juste à point puisque nous avions besoin de plus d'espace. Ce nouvel espace sera un atout important pour la poursuite de notre croissance. Je recommande fortement de faire affaire avec Entrepôts Publics. Au delà d'un fournisseur, vous aurez une équipe professionnelle à l'écoute de vos besoins.

Compte tenu de ma situation j ai quand meme pus louer une unité de storage,le personnel s est montré aimable, j ai été tres bien recu et j ai recu un super service.Tres compréhensif et compétent.

Excellent service, super aubaine. Je suis très heureux. Rien n'a été volé, tout était sécure.

Le gérant était gentil et accueillant. Il m'a fait visité le local et bien expliqué le stationnement pour la voiture et pour les déménageurs. Il a pris le temps avec moi . Il est préférelable de venir avant la journée même du déménagement à cause des procédures. L'entrepôt est bien situé et facile d'accès. Toutefois, lorsque j'ai téléphoné cette semaine, j'étais fâchée, car il y a 20 dollars par mois à payer pour l'assurance supplémentaire et ce n'était écrit nulle par sur le site. De plus, la compagnie indique le montant par semaine, mais mensuellement il faut faire fois quatre virgule trois et non fois quatre uniquement. Ce qui n'était pas non plus écrit sur le site ni lorsque j'ai fait l'inscription. Je l'ai su par téléphone. J'ai demandé qu'on soit plus explicite et que la compagnie l'indique dorénavant étant donné qu'annuellement ce n'est plus le même montant qu'inscrit au départ.

Staff were friendly and helpful and plenty of convenient elevators to access the storage units including a cargo elevator.

Monsieur bilel est super gentil ! Entrepôt est très propre! C’est un bon entrepôt.
