The receptionist Kaitlyn is excellent at her job! On the the phone she answered all of my questions, she joked with me and she was very friendly. When I got to the store to rent a storage unit, she was very clear about all the rules/regulations and she was super helpful. Kaitlyn is that type of person that goes the extra mile to make sure customers feel important and that all of their needs are met. I’m extremely happy with the service she provided!

This place is a real no brainier. Madelein was great. Process was fast and easy, 24 HR access, elevator's, carts!. If you need storage this is the place.
